Once we’re absolutely confident that your order is in perfect condition, it is thoughtfully packed with protective materials to ensure it arrives just as intended.
Only after passing this final round of scrutiny is it handed over to our trusted delivery partner, who ensures it reaches you safely and on time. We deliver across India!
DELIVERY TIME
Expect your order to be delivered within 5-7 business days from the date of placing the order. For remote or challenging areas, delivery may take a few more working days. In case our delivery partners are unable to reach your provided address or you’re unavailable at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.
Note: Orders placed on Sunday will be processed on the next working day.
SHIPPING CHARGES
We offer PAN INDIA FREE SHIPPING on orders above Rs. 499/- placed with Nutralink Wellness Private Limited. However, a flat fee of Rs. 49/- will be charged on orders below Rs. 499/-.
For returns, if the return is due to a damaged product during transit, Nutralink Wellness Private Limited will cover the return shipping costs. For other return reasons, customers may be responsible for the return shipping costs.
CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order for various reasons, such as limited stock, errors or inaccuracies in product or pricing information, among others. Should any cancellation occur, we will promptly notify you, and any charged amount on your credit or debit card will be refunded to your Card Account.
You can cancel your order anytime by emailing us at care@nutralink.in before the order is dispatched. Once dispatched, orders are not eligible for cancellation.
After an order cancellation, your payment will be refunded to the original mode of payment within 5–7 days.
RETURNS
At Nutralink Wellness, your satisfaction is our top priority, and we’re here to make your return process as seamless and stress-free as possible. We’re always happy to assist and ensure everything goes smoothly for you.
Please note that the product should fit all the criteria listed below to be eligible for a return request:
- Our return policy allows you to request a hassle-free return within 7 days from the delivery date of the product.
- If any product is damaged during transit, customers are eligible for a return or an exchange.
- The returned product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase.
- Wrong product delivered.
- Expired product delivered.
- Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/tampered product or packaging.
- Incomplete order – missing products.
Note: It is suggested to please be cautious while receiving your order. For added security, consider making an unboxing video upon delivery.
Please allow us 48 working hours to assess your request. Upon receiving your product(s), we will verify it against the claim and proceed with the replacement or refund as applicable.
REFUNDS
Upon receiving the returned product and verifying its condition, we will process a refund or initiate an exchange as per the customer’s preference. The refund will occur within 5-7 business days of us receiving back the product(s). It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
For prepaid orders, funds will be refunded to the original bank account, credit/debit card, or the source of payment. In the case of Cash on Delivery orders, customers are kindly requested to provide their bank details for the refund process.
CHANGES TO THE POLICY
Nutralink Wellness Private Limited reserves the right to modify or update this shipping policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
